At Suflet, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and within the promised timelines. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched after undergoing stringent quality checks.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
2. Shipping Partners
To ensure safe and timely deliveries, Suflet works with reputed courier and logistics partners across India.
Courier partners are selected based on serviceability, reliability, and delivery timelines for your location.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier II & Tier III Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote & Special Service Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
From time to time, Suflet may offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders as part of promotional campaigns.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via the registered email address and/or mobile number.
Customers may also contact our support team for shipment-related assistance.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
Customers are requested to ensure that:
- The shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Someone is available to receive the package.
- The registered contact number remains reachable during delivery.
If the shipment is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any customer-related reason, reshipping charges shall be applicable at actuals.
7. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
Applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local levies shall be borne entirely by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
8. Damaged Packages
Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, customers are requested to refuse acceptance where possible and immediately notify Suflet at support@suflet.com with photographs of the package.
