As skincare and personal care products are hygienic in nature, we have designed our return and refund policy to ensure fairness while maintaining product integrity.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received an incorrect product.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The product has manufacturing defects.
To initiate a return request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at support@suflet.com along with:
- Order Number
- Photographs of the product and outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased during promotional clearance sales, unless received damaged or incorrect
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. Return Process
Upon receiving your request, our Customer Care team will review the details and may request additional information if required.
If approved:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available.
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to courier the product to our designated address.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, labels, and invoice.
- Returned products will undergo a quality inspection before approval of refund or replacement.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Bulk purchases and corporate orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Suflet reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Regulatory restrictions
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
8. Delivery Failure & Reshipping
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
Reshipping charges shall be applicable at actuals.

Every Suflet product is manufactured under strict quality standards and undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.
Minor variations in fragrance, colour, or texture may occur due to the presence of naturally derived ingredients and do not constitute product defects.
